Spring-Ford Association Mission

Out of gratitude for the education received at Spring-Ford and a belief in the value of public education, the Alumni Association is committed to continuous improvement of educational processes through its support to Spring-Ford.

Through the diverse programs of volunteers services and financial assistance, the Spring-Ford Alumni Association is committed to strengthening alumni relations in support of f the Spring-Ford High School's mission.

These include providing information about Spring-Ford to the alumni, encouraging and supporting Spring-Ford's educational relationship with alumni, sponsoring a variety of activities of interest to alumni and providing alumni with opportunities for service to Spring-Ford.

Spring-Ford Alumni Association Goals

Communicate current, meaningful information about Spring-Ford to alumni on a yearly basis.
Increase participation in Spring-Ford Alumni Association programs.
Expand opportunities for alumni to maintain their relationship with one another.
Cultivate students of Spring-Ford so they will become active alumni.
Enhance and enrich the experiences of students through contact with alumni.
Elevate Spring-Ford's reputation and raise its visibility in the local community.
Engage in an ongoing planning process to meet the needs of an ever-changing alumni body.

Greetings Alumni:

With the start of the 2005-2006 school year, the Spring-Ford Area School District is larger than ever with more than 7,000 students enrolled! Perhaps you are a Spring-Ford alumnus yourself? Today, keeping track of the thousands of graduates who have passed through this district is a tremendous task. Fortunately, we are proud to announce the successful formation of Spring-Ford’s first Alumni Association!

With this organization, we plan to accomplish many beneficial tasks and objectives for graduates from all classes. Listed below are just a few:

Assistance with organizing annual or anniversary class reunions.
Support of scholarships for our graduating seniors.
Maintenance of the database of all graduate contact information.
Participation in our annual Homecoming festivities.
Career networking assistance for all graduates wherever they may be.

Our organization will only be as successful as the members who support it. If you are a graduate of Spring-Ford, please consider involving yourself with the Alumni Association in whatever way you see fit.

For an annual membership fee of $10, you will receive a membership card and sticker, an Alumni Association newsletter published regularly throughout the year, and the satisfaction of supporting an organization that returns so much to the graduates of Spring-Ford.

We also offer a lifetime membership for a one-time fee of $100, payable in full or in five $25 installments if you prefer.

EMPLOYEES of the Spring-Ford School District are WELCOMED and ENCOURAGED to join as associate members for the same price and with the same benefits as alumni!

Again, thank you for your consideration. Your membership will assist our Alumni Association with its tremendous growth and attainment of its goals!
